Alongside long-term projects, PGMD offers consultancy aimed at specific critical issues such as Due Diligence aimed at decision-making support for ICT and organizational interventions. In recent years PGMD has directly carried out and collaborated in Audit, Strategic Advisory and Governance of Information Systems at numerous public and private companies for the strategic development of corporate information systems; particular attention is paid to the technical-regulatory-organizational implications due to the regulations issued by the competent national and regional bodies. The interventions are carried out through the provision of technical-organizational audit activities with reference to the analysis of the infrastructure and application systems used, their level of functionality and coverage and the costs associated with them. Organizational issues were also assessed, relating to the structure of the Company Information Systems, the internal and external resources used, the management and ICT governance processes.
In particular, the intervention focuses on the following issues:
